Choosing the Right Grit

Each stage works together to transform rough rock into a smooth, brilliant stone. Using them in order is the secret to a clean polish.

60/90 coarse grit jar

Heavy Shaping

Removes chips, saw marks, and shapes the stone.

120/220 medium grit jar

Smoothing

Refines the surface and prepares for pre-polish.

The workhorse of the shop. Used to transform rough stones through multiple grit stages into smooth, polished specimens.

Hi-Tech Diamond Slab Saw

Produces clean, precise cuts through agates, jasper, petrified wood, and other specimens before shaping or polishing.

Rotary Tool & Hand Finishing

Used for detail work, edge cleanup, drilling, shaping, and bringing out the final character of each stone.
